Eligibility
The item must be brand-new, unopened, and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
Please get in touch with our customer care staff within the allotted return period to start a return. You will receive a return authorization (RA) number from our staff, who will also walk you through the return procedure. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly visible on the package when returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it can take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please get in touch with our customer support team right away if you ever receive a damaged or flawed item. Depending on the problem, we will set either a replacement or a refund. Please provide detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photos) to expedite the resolution process.
Exceptions
Please be aware that our return policy may not be applicable to certain products or promotions. These terms will be made very explicit throughout the campaign or on the product page. Before making a purchase, we advise you to read any extra conditions or limitations.
